- Bathroom, Shower, WC and en-suite Facilities
- Food Quality and Service
- Public Rooms such as guest lounges
- Safety and Security, Exterior and Interior Appearance and upkeep
The final rating represents how well the guest house/B&B meets the above standards overall.
